time for a patented sohi comment.

your composition here is entirely wrong. you're tried to capture the london eye and westminter, but tried to ignore the fact there is a birdge there, its intruding into your photo, you need to have used a wide angle, 28 mm, and then perhaps croped the photo into a panoramic,

you've also underexposed considering the lighting at the time of takin this shot

its an attempt, but you got some way better shots in this gallery man
